Do before you fly

  1. Get Cuba's e-visa before you fly.
  2. Fill in the D'Viajeros form before you travel.
  • U.S. law doesn't allow tourist trips to Cuba: your trip has to fit one of the 12 authorized categories (such as support for the Cuban people). Check the rules before you book.

From the U.S. State Department, checked October 2026. Rules change, sometimes quickly: confirm them on travel.state.gov (opens a new tab), which also shows the current safety advisory, before you book. Only use official government sites to apply for visas and travel authorizations; look-alike sites charge extra.
